I'd say the collar could probably be a little bit bigger. I'd also darken the lines on it a touch.

The overall size of the template could go up a bit, too, but it isn't desperate. And this is probably more of a personal preference thing, but I wouldn't include the side panels.

Other than that, pretty damn fine template!
