I read somewhere that it's actually export-restricted tech (in the US I assume?) Which means ICC can't guarantee it's availability enough to make it mandatory.

That's a pretty amazing piece of footage.

I mentioned before that the snicko audio synchronisation has been terrible recently.
In fact, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the lack of spikes on the previous review was due to completely wrong synchronisation. It was totally clear that the ball hit the bat and then glove, even without the ball tracking.
