Im not much a reader. However, while I was searching the net, I came across this book. I have read a bit of this and will purchase it.

This book is set in the backdrop of early Western Australia outlining the mill life of Western Australians, with a murder thrown in for good measure. I like history but not much a fan of fictional murder.

The book really pours through the life of Western Australia, its history, early settlers, timber mills, prisoners of war (some of them locals considered to be socialists or communists), migrant refugees who work in the mill, revolving around Banksiadale near Dwellingup, a town since sitting at the bottom of a new born dam where victims of murder are discovered.

Written by James Marsh, published 2012, the title is "Water Covers All Sins" ISBN:978-1-4771-1941-9

It even has the fictional name Julie Cutler, the search term of discovery.
