We've seen it before and felt for grieving loved ones sobbing on camera, emotionally distraught and pleading for the public's help to find their their missing family member or the monster responsible.
They think they can get away with serving up lie after lie for the cameras. Do we always catch them out?
It seemed obvious to me that John Sharpe was involved in his wife and daughter's murder, he was terrible. Gerard Baden Clay was a bit more convincing, I felt.
The FBI sees obvious tell-tale signs such as annoyance, defensiveness and sidestepping.
