Guys that get the ball moving first get some let off. They are often working in a phone booth under pressure. I thought a huge part of our poor disposal and skill errors were a lack of workmate to provide option ahead of the player with the ball. The opposite was true for them. Barely any pressure on them when they had the ball back.
