2017 Teams
Aquinas
Elsternwick
Parkside
Eley Park Sharks
Mt Lilydale
Manningham Cobras
North Brunswick
Box Hill North
Masala Football Club
Chadstone (or will they go to clubbies?)

After an improving year in 2016 for Masala, and if Chaddy do end up in Clubbies, that looks like a very even group to play off in D4 next year.
Manningham Nth Brunny and Boxhill all troubled some of the finalists last year and the 3 coming down should compete well at this level.
Very interesting to see how Parkside go se ond time round.

Heard from a close source, one of the teams expects to get a lot of players back.....One may lose a few....Be interesting to see. how the club XVIII team goes. Also heard there maybe a taker for their spot.....

Cobras will struggle without Bell and his mates + a few retirements - 5-7 wins as per normal. BHN - depends on what new coach brings, can they push up again like in 2015? Nth Brunny should be thereabouts. Lilydale could progress well from what i'm hearing.

Local leader article on EFL website may make things interesting, if it happens.

I read this as that they might run a side in clubbies whilst staying in the east. Can't see sholly accepting that unless he genuinely believes they will move in total in 2018

Agreed. Logistical nightmare for player and grounds management. Its like sitting on the fence

At least Chadstone might get 2 wins. Nunawading had a % of just over 4% for the entire season with PAID players. Imagine what will happen when they can't.

Was he moved on. Heard he coached at Brisbane with an elite senior coach....?
We heard lots of things. But of researching helped. Was a reserves assistant with us. Was the size of a house.

Would put on Facebook that he trained fully when he stood there watching, abused some players.

We call him the weapon, and its a time we look back on and laugh.

Probably difficult to keep fit when you spend a quarter of your week on dialysis.

Never met the bloke but sometimes people have backstories that might help explain things!

MC appoint Coach - From my sources, was the only applicant. They approached three or four - with zero interest.

Good luck though - traditionally brings a few with him.
