I'd be keeping Dan if the best offer ends up being a single (probably mid-late) first round pick and some shuffling of later picks for optics.
Unless it's because North and pick 2 are actually in play, then sure, take that. But I doubt it. It'll be Carlton trying to use a pick then ends up being about 15. Pass.

This completely misrepresents what he said. He basically deadbatted/non-answered any discussion of valuing any players in trade/free agent discussions - Houston, Lukosius, Richards, Perryman, Cumming.
There is no evidence that he wouldn’t enter trade discussions with hefty demands for clubs interested in trading for Houston. Nor is there any value in a public declaration of “two firsts or **** off campaigners”. This is not the Draft and Trading board on BigFooty.
Whatever we get ontop of Carltons first rounder will be used for Lukosius anyway

In reality Houston is worth more to us than pick 12, if we are not getting x2 first rounders we 100% should keep him.

North's pick 2 might be involved in the trade, but we wouldn't be getting it. North would be trading pick 2 to someone else that gives them multiple picks back for it, and then we'd get one of those picks.

North have a KPD they want and they need a mid teen pick to be sure of that. We find them a mid teen pick and take their pick 2.
Dan was Captain of the Camberwell Grammer school and every footy team he played for.
With the benefit of hind sight perhaps he should have been appointed Captain instead of Rozee.
