Per Tom Morris just now - rulebook now says head clashes are a foreseeable potential consequence of bumping - ergo, can't claim accidental anymore.
If Williams was determined medium impact after Clark got up they’ll need a new grade to work this one out. Let’s see how the AFL go with one of their favourites.
