Ffs more Darcy Moore, I'd prefer danger.
Dangerfield only protected and fought for his teammates for example when he complained about the state of the ground supporting his players but when other teams experienced the same/or worse outcomes he became silent. Moore at least won't do any of that I think he'd be way more fair and unbiased.

Danger was president for 7 years, that is tied for the longest serving president of the AFLPA ever and more then the previous 3 combined.

The more likely answer is he simply thought it was time to move on.
