After all that, they'll be back in the bottom six tonight if Richmond gets up, lol

Is there anything more pointless than the media pointing out projected end of season draft positions with 10 games left?
Especially when there’s a whole bunch of teams separated by percentage?
Lazy lazy analysis. Sam Edmund in particular loves doing it, but he’s not exactly the most talented media guy out there I guess.
7 wins so far, we will end up with 11-13 wins by end of the year I feel and be anywhere from 8th to 11th.

Dogga was nearly BOG again last night. Not fit the first time this year either.

Yeah Dogga did look great last night.

There was never any doubting his immense talent, moreso the fit at Freo but it seems like you're working out how to best use him now.

I like you wasn't sure how it was going to work, but it's working quite well for Freo. Unfortunately for us, Grundy and Gawn not really working. At least we will get their pick, which should still be somewhat decent.

Grundy and Gawn could be a really effective pairing. However, Gawn’s PCL setback scudded any early momentum for chemistry to build. The coaches themselves have also popped a glacé cherry on top of this pile of shit by convincing themselves that pushing Gawn and Grundy forward at the same time is the answer is the answer to our forward efficiency woes.

Just like our premiership prospects, this thread is a week by week proposition of either joy or negativity.
We are too involved to let this back and forth die. I'll be here til the grandfinal Fremantle V Melbourne - The dogga death ride championship trophy.

Dogga is gonna be a gun. Absolutely spewing we couldn't keep him. He's playing better footy than both Gawn and Grundy. He's finding his feet fast.

The Gawn and Grundy thing hasn't been a disaster, but it hasn't been anywhere near as impactful as the club was hoping so far. That might change, but I feel both players are playing a fair way below their best together.

Gawn been rubbish but he is 100 years old and did a PCL this year. Hopefully he's looking real sexy for a finals assault.
Grundy working into it nicely.
