Tbf I've met Steven May, he's one of the few AFL players I've spoken to for more than a couple minutes. His banter is very much taking the piss out of people around him and himself. I don't think he's a dick, he's actually a pretty nice guy.

Not a great thing to say to someone obviously but Melksham's response is a delistable offence as far as I'm concerned. Interested to see Gawn's take on the situation, hopefully he doesn't drone out a robotic, media curated response and is genuine with his takes.

I heard from Entrecote’s that May literally killed Melksham in the restaurant and they’ve had to cut his face off and sew it onto Kyle Reimers.

Doesn't add up as it is suggested he had surgery on Monday about 24 hours after it happened. Even today would be a far stretch for a need of surgery due to infection.

There seems to be a reason why the media is not reporting Melksham as the bad guy. Most must have the inside word on what was said and what May is like and assumed this was just desserts.
