Surprised I haven't seen this here yet...

Listening to The Rub Catchup (20th June 2020) from Triple M.

About 2/3rd of the way in Billy Brownless makes the comment that Dustin Martin may not have actually had an injury leading into the Thursday night game againt Hawthorn, but rather is in a pay dispute with the Tigers and sat out the game as a protest. Billy's source was a man called 'Buttons'.

Make of it what you will, interesting times ahead.

Interesting that Hardwick made a point in his post match presser saying that "Dusty isn't the RFC!"..... in other words, no one player is bigger than the club. A subtle dig by Dimma maybe?

I’m just trying to think what’s worse—-having “Buttons” be your birth name or getting that label as a nickname in later life??

It wouldn't matter which club he played for it would be the same percentage pay cut like every other player. Just another rumour to try and topple the greatest club ever. Nothing to see here.

Does seem strange to have sore ribs after 3 months off.
I heard this on the radio too, the other panelists didnt seem to care.

It was done at training prior Pies match. Other panel members no Brownless reads BF. A buffoon in the Newman mould.
