Notes:

• As expected after a bad loss, a lot of players' ratings took a hit
• Although it may not seem like it, Chesser is moving closer to being ranked as 'average' instead of 'below average'. This is because by this round there is way more midfielders that have played this year than earlier in the season. He is currently three percentage points away from being ranked 'average'
• Ruck and Mid Forward are the only positions with no 'above average' or 'average' ranked players. To be fair, the only Eagles player I would consider Mid Forward is Harley Reid and he is considered a Midfielder. If he was a 'Mid Forward' he would be the highest rated Mid Forward in the competition, higher than Shai Bolton

• Yeo has lost his elite ranking since round 13, understandable that this match hasn't helped.
• Of our midfielders, 3 are above average, 2 are average, and 3 are below average. It is still our biggest weakness. Our third best ranked mid is Reid who is young and will have off games. Ginbey is ranked as 'average' for a mid but is the fourth highest ranked player of his age and I think most supporters would agree that we expect him to be a quality mid in years to come.

Well I forgot last week but here it is again:

Round Twenty One

Notes:

• Yeo's last few rounds has improved his rating but has not been enough to put him back into 'elite'. If he were to jump two more spots, that would do it.
• Getting injured in the first minute a couple of rounds back has impacted his rating, but Trew is still rated as 'average' which is impressive. He was also sub a couple of times from memory.
• Waterman's form isn't as strong as before the bye, but he is still the third highest rated Key Forward
• Speaking of Key Forwards, Allen still has a terrible rating of 60th which is below average... can't really explain that. Yes he took a few rounds to get going, but I thought he had been excellent the last few rounds.
• And finally, another Key Forward is going great guns: Jack Williams. Currently the 32nd rated Key Forward. If he could improve his rating a few spots that would have him rated as 'above average'.

• Kelly has been ultra consistent for us, last year he ended the season rated 24th, this year he ends it rated 26th.
• Would be interesting to see Reid's rating if he had the same umpire treatment as Rowell or Daicos.
