Agree Totally, whats the excuse now, can we forfeit the Adelaide and Hawthorn games, its going to be to painful 100+ losses coming and Franklin could kick 15 i reckon
After 8 games and it has come to this so quickly, i can accept losing but not 10gl losses for the 3rd week in a row

its just not essendon iam not going to have a go at knights you all know were i stand on that i have barracked for essendon all my life but this is not essendon I FEEL LIKE RICHMOND OF THE 90s maybe knights background is rubbing off on our club
We all pretty much knew we'd lose but not like that. We need some experience in the midfield. I've said it for a month now but JJ needs to be playing. Continual hammerings are counter productive for the young blokes.
Yeah we need hard bodies in our team. And experience aswell. He's got both.
Agree!!! At the moment the EFC is in turmoil! The players look disinterested! Knights gave the team a spray at 1/4 time & 3/4 time to no avail. Our execution by hand & foot is the worst in the league by far! We have players who just cant cut it at AFL! The club has major problems atm.
Could we blame Sheedy for this? For getting crappy recycled players instead of youngsters and rebuilding the club.

Players rarely come back in and have a full impact. They are often not match fit and 6 changes often hurts team cohesion.Terrible 2nd half effort.
The sad thing is that we had some good players return and we still got smashed.
Recruiting staff start preparing for the no. 1 pick.

u canat blame Knights, geez remeber u guys have been pathetic the last 2 yrs, sheedys obcession with trying to win a 5th flag and drafting blokes like Allan, Zantuck, Cole, Campo, murphy, Alvey, michael Heffernan etc is the sole reason u guys r where u at now, have to give knights2-3 yrs at least to draft some more kids, get rid of the dead wood like jj, pev etc, Sheedy did so much good at that club winning 4 flags and all but geez he really left the clubs playing list in the shi t thats 4sure and that isnt knights fault, get some good kids in the next 2drafts and things can change for the better!

I felt so sorry for the likes of Rama and Fletch with our kick ins. You could see it in their eyes they were just pleading for some sort of movement.

There needs to be space for a player to lead into. While they could have made space, its always a lot more complex than people tend to think.

It wasn't just today, although it is pretty bad when even on TV you can notice it. Pick any game this year and you will find examples of it, perhaps with the exception of our wins. The bulldogs match stands out for me. That first quarter I was screaming at them to do something. Didn't have much effect funnily enough

We all sit back and point out how young these guys are when were getting attacked by opposition supporters on BF, yet now we hunt for blood. FFS, even at the last siren they ran hard and committed. They are young, inexperienced, crueled by injury and the ____ing coach is new. It's the worst hand you can be dealt in football, it's called rebuilding.

I was mortified whilst watching the final quarter. Luckily I watched it by myself. In the final quarter did we even get it into the 50?

There is no excuse for not performing the most basic things on the footy field. You could get a bunch of ten year olds out there and tell them to find some space to lead into, or at the very least make it look like you are trying to. This has not been our only downfall this year obviously but when it looks like half of the blokes couldn't give a stuff out there it starts to get a little frustrating

Where was the space? Sydney consistently had 14 players around the ball, plus our players.
So we are the only team that Sydney play that style of footy against? Other teams work around it by running even harder to get into space, not just give up and expect someone else to do it.
Maybe if you went to the games & yelled encouragement, it might have a better result than yelling at your TV.
