You're a doctor at a club, where players get sudden muscle growth and physical peformance from nowhere and a dodgy injection program taking place in the same building, yet he did very little about it during the injection period or wasn't aware it was happening, either an incompetent doctor or he's not as innocent. He does have a degree of responsibility and there must be some form of accountability.
