At a minimum we need a tactical change up especially with a good game day tactician. We are generally slow to change things up especially with Fagan on the bench.

And we really need to be more ruthless with selection. The problems with the slow midfield have been there all year but we just did nothing to really change it up

Sadly yes. Talked about the stats and how well we played on some measures. I didn't see the whole thing but honestly was the same old crap. Not worth listening to at all

He is delusional about the players he stubbornly picks every week irrespective of form, he just can’t get the team up for big games and he has a very limited capacity as a tactician. He might be everyone’s favourite ‘uncle’ but our Premiership window has just slammed shut and he has a 1-5 finals record. Add to that the number of ‘clutch’ games like tonight he has lost on the big stage and it is clear we are on a road to nowhere under Fagan.

No plan B, cant get through to the players and has well and truly gone as far as he can do. Thanks for changing things round, but we can't do this for another 12 months and go nowhere whilst he sees out his contract and we finish 6-10th next year.

At worst, it will become 1-6 or no better than 2-6. Whichever it will be, makes for crap reasoning. Would hate to see what the record is if you then included standalone marquee games on Thursday / Friday nights. Just a failure of a big game coach, which the players have to also accept a lot of blame , they have a soft underbelly and nothing but flat track bullies.

He’s earned a lot of credits in the bank but now is where he needs to get ruthless. There are deficiencies that need to be addressed and to do so, he’s going to have to get tough with some of his favourites such as Gardiner (let him walk), Berry, Zorks, Rich and Lyons. He needs to give the next gen a chance. Prior looks the goods, Dev is going well, Lohmann could be anything and there are others who are doing well in VFL. Get aggressive and get Dunkley. Ashcroft will help. Regenerate a bit and have a serious chat with Andrews, just not sure what’s gone wrong with him.
