Is there a thread to nominate for leagues. I finished just over 4000 last year and am sure I can do better and will be looking for invites into some strong leagues. Where is the best place to nominate.

Or I am happy to start one and get some strong players nominate.

Is there a place to go back and snapshot how you finished last year or I probably should have done it then.
