"Hey Jude". It's long but it's not chessy like the early Beatles songs (Love Me Do and She Loves You). Great outro too!

Aside from that, "Getting Better", "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", "I am the Walrus", "Helter Skelter" and "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away" are amongst my faves.
