5. Graham Duff is still our president
6. Even the Bulldogs have more members than us now
7. Our new CEO will be a reject from Richmond

Other than that, things are just great.

I can't agree as most of them are just an opinion. Experts had us in the bottom 3 when we finished fifth. IMO the doggies where in a lot worse state than us 5 years ago and by god i think if they can be where they are now and looking so promising, why would anybody not believe we can do the same

If you had typed this dribble prior to the draft then perhaps you could have been correct on some level.

However after the draft and subsequent PSD and RD, i'm feeling decidely more positive and comfortable with where we are heading.

Our biggest problem IMO (pace, ball carrying ability, skills) has been blown apart by the drafting of some seriosuly talented kids. Lets give them a chance.

It's exciting to know we may have someone now on our list that is as fast and skillful as wellsy.

Even the marketing department have been on the front foot, with innovations such as tonights BBQ, stories on the kids, media training for laids which was/is important.

We have D-MAC ringing up 3AW and giving it to them over their continued shoddy treatment and negativity towards us.

The article in the Sun explaining that we will be more positive and attack minded.

All these things add up to the most excited i've been going into a season since i don't know.. '94.

We've only been waiting 7 years... this sort of stuff could be reserved for Melbourne, Geelong, Bulldogs, Saints, and Tig-ers supporters.

People need perspective.

Our current list is 4-8 easily. Coaching staff has made mistakes wrt the gameplan and certain staff members that had a direct influence on the teams on field performance, which has been admitted by the coaching staff, of whom were removed from the club.

It hasn't been up to standard at times, thats for sure. But do you think that maybe part of the reason the media staff at the club, apart from what they have made statements about, haven't been flaunting themselves in the public is because there isn't actually anything going on?

Good lord the mans been in the job for 12 months. The man is a decision maker, not a public speaker. I'd much rather have a president who effectively goes about their busines as opposed to the media whores like Jeff Kennett and Terry Wallet, who for all the talking they do, are more about promoting themselves than anything else. Wallet has always been like that.

And 3 less premierships, still. And if that continues to be the trend, they'll drop away. Also, they had more supporters this year because they are the media's lovechild, and the media has been flooding them with how good their "young list" is. We had 24,500 members this year with a recorded 5000 app. that didn't renew from 2005. If that happens, and could quite easily with a successful 2007, end of discussion.

Brayshaw? A reject? I take it you haven't read his CV? Btw, a reject is someone who gets arsed out of a position. Brayshaw left Richmond for a better offer.

In future Caroline, can you just make it clear from the beginning as to your true identity? It's not like it isn't half obvious anyway.
