I think it's a better chance than that of happening!! Brisbane at their best this year have been very impressive, they've beaten Hawthorn twice, they're playing at home and would no doubt love to finish the season on a high. West Coast should be very nervous! Second spot is a real chance for us now.

If it's two in Melbourne they have to be played at the MCG, Fri Night for the highest finisher and Sat for the lower finisher (before finals)

I think we match up better with Richmond. West Coast have a much taller back and forward line. With our injuries it was a problem when we last played them.

Lack of numbers on the bench was our issue against Richmond with them running over us in 4th qtr after matching it with them for 3qtrs.

Our problem was our pathetic intensity more than a match up issue.

I'd rather play them than Richmond, however Brisbane are more than a sneaky chance next week so I wouldn't be speculating too much yet...
 
People are getting way ahead of themselves here. Freo against Geelong was an abberation, they have also been far more competitive at home. It's not a gimme win, no matter what people around here think. Lyon will be feeling pressure and will want a very good showing to end the year.

So let's just forget about all permutations and wait to see our result against Freo. Then we can start barracking for other results.

I have no fear about playing anyone in the finals.

The season starts again in the finals just in case anyone was wondering.
