You need to make sure your units have motivation as well

Thought all the school stuff might be a bit overwhelming or feel like a chore but it's been great so far. You get slowly introduced to each aspect and once you get used to it you roll through each week and month pretty smoothly.

I'm blue as well and yeah you do get attached to your students pretty quickly.

Byleth is the most boring character in the game, it’s a shame your forced to experiance the game through their eyes.
