They have a few ins though ?Dogs is probably the best possible 1st round hit out, no real ruck man. Forward line is Stringer and no one else, and he is playing poor at the moment. Our midfield should crush them, and how do they stop our forwards.
We should win easily, just hope they are not complacent coming in to game.
My thoughts exactly. Even last year winning in week one killed our momentum and it took us a while to get going vs norf. I also like the fact we have our first final on a Thursday night which gives us extra recovery without killing momentum hopefullyI really don't think the Top 4 is as crucial to premiership success this year as it has been for past years. Remember that everyone gets a week off before finals, that could freshen up a lot of players and we all know how even the top 6-7 teams are on any given day. Having two byes in 3 weeks could stagnate some teams who finish in the top 4.

Interestingly, our current record would have seen us finish top of the table in both of the Crows premiership years. Oh if it were only not so close this year! Still, it means there's not much separating the top 6, should be a cracker of a finals series and we might have just hit form at the right timeI think the Crows was the last team to win the flag outside the top 4 in '98 I think. We need to stay positive but its going to be ruddy hard.
At least we payed Adelaide back i supposeImagine if we hadn't been so putrid against Collingwood or shat the bed against Adelaide.
