I couldn't definitively confirm this as I don't really have much knowledge on junior clubs, but I do know for sure that there was a senior North Fawkner club that wore a gold jumper with a blue panel, playing in the RDFL from 1986-1998 at Campbellfield Cricket Ground opposite the Nestle factory and the senior Fawkner Amateurs in the VAFA that played at Charles Mutton Reserve in the era you mentioned. There was also Moomba Park playing in Fawkner too wearing the Geelong guernsey.
