Geez I wish I was this good at poetry!

Eddie's Swansong

If there’s ever a sight that makes me tire,
It’s the eight-foot grin of Eddie McGuire,
I’d love to see it cut to size
When the Swans devour those smug Magpies.

They’ll wipe the floor with Eddie’s grin,
They’ll lock ‘em up - not lock ‘em in,
And knock ‘em flat with something nifty,
One hundred percent – not fifty-fifty.

Then Eddie’s mob will soon descend,
When it’s much too late to phone a friend,
For the Swans will win, if all is fair,
(It’s better than being a millionaire.)

Just thought I'd share.....
