Zuurhar, Larkey, LDU, Paul Curtis, LMac, Simpkin. Tarryn was trending pretty nicely until this season.

Been quite a few go the other way as well......

I imagine the league's best development systems include technology, psychology, nutrition, as well as specialised skill coaching etc. I just question whether we've been able to provide GB with that level of support.
Maybe we have and he sucks, but it wouldnt surprise me if he's been left wanting in several key areas.

It's like he has tenure. We have had very few develop into top line players, well above their draft position. There's been a few but a common theme during bards reign was that anyone with daring and flair had it coached out of them and into robots.

Simpkin, LDU, LMac, TT all first round draft picks who have been in the system for a few years and none have developed into elite players yet. The only players to come to North since 2013 and who developed into better AFL-standard players were Higgins and Waite - both already 100 gamers. North Melbourne is the place to go to develop into not much. Head of development? Duck him off.
