What Geelong memorabilia does everyone have??

I decided to lash out today and bought a really well presented picture drawing of the great Gary Ablett, signed, fully framed, authentic, (came with a picture of Gary actually signing the picture!) limited edition of only 750 prints, drawn by John Christie and I must say, it looks absolutely fantastc on my wall in the lounge!!

I also have a signed Buddha plaque, another smaller plaque of Gary Ablett taking a mark against Essendon, a Doug Wade plaque, some posters, the usual stuff... mugs, glasses, soft footballs, toys, badges, etc etc.

So, what does everyone else have??

Pretty good variety of Cats stuff around our flat here...

Hats, t-shirts, flags, posters, souveneir footies, jumpers, replica guernseys... mostly clothing on our part.

As far as "memorabilia" goes, both Jen and I have clothing signed by the whole team at a meet-the-team membership drive at Bridge Mall in Ballarat in the preseason-- a long-sleeved jumper for me, and a t-shirt for her.

Oddest thing I have is my Geelong Cats necktie. I will wear it at special events, though... nothing wrong with that.

Have a few things like the record breakers poster and the 1000 wins poster and the Ablett 1000 goals poster

Other little things I've got is a limited edition print of 'The Football game' whivh was painted in 1996 at Kardinia Park when we played Footscray. - painting of Geelong player No 5 taking a mark with a perfect backdrop of the Social Club and the standing area where the Ford Stand now is.

Also found a fridge magnet of the 1963 Weg poster - can't seem to be able to get the full thing though.

Also just bought a photo from the Addy of the 2002 VFL premiership team after the game which now takes pride of place above my mantle.

Probably the most special bit of memorabilia I have got though is a Victorian Flag signed by the 6 Geelong players that were in the squad for the 1995 game against SA - The Ted Whitten game - Although four played, 6 were in the squad and they all signed it and Ablett was captain.

Somebody recently gave me a "brainframe". Not something you wrap around your head when suffering trauma, rather it fits onto your PC screen. It's simply a frame where you can write notes etc (although that's what I thought the PC was for). It is a veritable piece of crâp. Despite it being a GEELONG "brainframe", it's colours are predominately brown and beige!! There is a better place I can put it, I'm sure.

I got losts of Geelong Memorabilia. I've got a season 2001 Geelong team jumper signed. I have the Gary Ablett, one hand mark of the century signed by Gazza. A 1997 Geelong signed team footy. I got some players' match wear from some games a couple of years ago. I also have an 1888 Geelong Team photo.

Plus I have all the other stuff... Badges, stickers, photos, posters, bits and pieces, books, magazines, 100's of footy records, cards, etc. Really, anything that can be collected I have!
