Anyone got a direct vote count to track this?

Just going through exit polls and dont think its looking good for the Republicans. Seems like Trump scared quite a few off bothering to vote with his fraud claims. The fact Covid as well as relief packages was the number 1 concern also doesnt bode well for them

NYT is always the go-to

I've become accustomed to Americans shooting themselves in the foot, so expect a double R win.

Hoping Warnock on the ballot can turn out a lot of new/infrequent voters and prove me wrong.

The Democratic Party only need to win one of these Senate seats to get what they want, Mitt Romney is quite friendly towards the Democrats these days and I wouldn't expect him to vote along party lines as a given.

He has been putting himself in the media a lot lately, he could spend the next two years talking politics about every bill of interest passing through the senate and positioning himself as a cross bencher of sorts - not that I expect him to run for President in 2024 but that would be the sort of platform to do it.

Just as the rest of the republicans will spend the next two years talking about election fraud like it's Russia and run on that fear campaign in 2022 to try and flip the house, winning control of the senate and then we really get the nightmare scenario. Republicans impeaching a president with both houses of government voting to support it, which will be an unprecedented attack on democracy in the media.

Yeah good point

It wouldnt shock if Mitt crosses the floor to approve the 2k cheques at the very least

Here's the play.

Postals will be voted first this time, so will look great for Dems, odds will shoot up for GOP.

If it gets over 3-1 in either race, that's worth a bet. It will then reel in from there as the attendance in rural areas was high (and will be all GOP).

Perdue aint great, but Ossoff also not exactly the type of person Georgians vote for. It's WASPy Georgians who will be out for Perdue and Loeffler as old Georgia money.

Can't really see either Dem candidate winning. Georgia still quite conservative.

Oh look. The Magic Wall is back!

Mitt might not hate the Dems, but he loves God, Guns and power.

But if the Dems win one, it'll be easy to pork-barrel a Senator to get legislation passed. Lots of GOP senators up for re-election in 2022 will be looking for some sweeteners.

Sorry, Postals have been prepared, but might not be tabulated first, so there might be a bit of flux early. Unlikely to get a result today I think.

So you expect Republicans to win both seats?

I'm expecting the odds to fluctuate. So I'll bet on Loeffler at $3.00, then when it winds back in to $2.00 when rural votes continue to come in, I'll make a decision on if I want to lay it and take a small profit or let it go and hope Loeffler wins.

Warnock will get a heap of late votes as Atlanta will count like snails like they did in the General.

She's out to $2.50 at the moment.

NYT's needle has both races ever so slightly tilting Dem at 16% counted.
It feels like 2016 when we were all incredulous that Trump might win. So many Georgians probably sitting back in shock right now.
