If the members had a say then Olsen and Silvers would be gone. No one at our club is responsible to anyone for results.
What's below I'd an extract from a speech by Gough Whitlam from the 1960s. It could apply to our shitshower of a club in the present day.

If any business Enterprise found itself faced with such a record of continuous and consistent disasters it would be plunged towards bankruptcy, Whitlam said. It's directors would be involved in serious reappraisal of their approach. Its shareholders would be demanding examination of the board policy and personnel.
We, by contrast, euphamise deep disasters as temporary setbacks. Worse, we construct a philosophy of failure which finds in defeat a form of justification and a proof of the purity of our principles.

That means we are apparently just 3 years away from our premiership…

Apparently we’ll be updated on our progress along the way. Has there been an update that specifically mentions the plan?

Did they ever actually release details of the plan to hold them accountable to or just those high level goals?

I’m sure they didn’t. I wouldn’t even be sure it still gets mentioned around the club.
