Just pondering how you would have felt should you have experienced our Adelaide Oval umpiring from earlier in the year. Remember Ash Johnson in the goal square? Nathan Murphy's mark?

Can't believe you are complaining about umpiring when your young team played with such attitude and capability on the big stage and your leader stood up and showed he is one of th best players in the game.

The reason you didn’t see (and won’t hear any media fuss about) the head high contact on Dawson 30m out dead in front with 10 seconds to play, is because all the media was (and still is, and will continue to be for at least 5 days) too busy celebrating their darling Collingwood’s ”they just know how to win” media narrative.



Dawson gets up slowly and holding his whacked-from-behind nose, and nobody says anything. No replays, no analysis… because it doesn’t fit the Vic-centric fairy story they want to write.

Yet here you are, still moaning about Round 7 umpiring. Did those bad decisions change the result in the last 10 seconds? No? Then there’s no comparison. Bad umpiring is when it changes the result in the last play of the day. That’s a legitimate gripe…not like your 2-month-old whining…about a game you won.

As true as night follows day we get absolutely costed by the Umps. Sickening.

The constant fapping over Collingwood by the commentators was nauseous.

Dawson, Tex, Laird, Hinge, Jones were all immense. Rankines second half was very good.

ROB was solid.

Butts did VERY well on MIhocek. Worrell very solid too. Michelanney very good on Elliott too who normally destroys us.

Gotta Disagree with ROB. Main reason we don’t win clearance. Can’t tap ruck . But he is above average in every other metric.

Collingwood still won even with bad umpiring against them in the last at Adelaide Oval, we actually needed the umpires to do their job in the last 30 seconds to get a win because we couldn't find a way ourselves and that's the difference between the two teams

I just hope the club can continue the momentum we have and become a regular top side from next year.
