Been on autopilot for the last month or so. Once the division was safe, its just waiting for playoffs to start, doesn't matter if we seeded first or 7th we're capable of winning it all or going out in the first playoff game, playing at home or away... Also doesn't help me that we've had mostly late games and I can't watch live. But it is what it is.

As others have said, I'd love to see Bakh and Jaire get some snaps in this week. Probably play the starters for a quarter... run heavy chew up the clock get in, get out, no ******* about. Maybe elevate Whyte off the PS for a game to save Dillon and Jones carrying 20 times. Honestly don't give a sh*t bout winning or losing, I'd be aiming for the quickest game ever played.

I go no social media until after work every Monday so I can watch without knowing the scores. Mates all know not to text me anything.

Regarding Aaron jones and Dillon. The way they’ve spit reps this year has been perfect. they havnt had heavy workloads and Feels like Dillon has touched the ball more than Jones if anything. Would love to have them unleash Jones more if he can get going like he did early against the Vikings. Bit of an xfactor we Havnt tapped into like last year

Think it’s horses for courses which is what MLF and Hackett have identified so well all year. The right times to deploy the right RBs. If the defense looks a little slow they’ll try use Jones’ shiftiness, if the defense have Jones covered they’ll use Dillon to try slice/pound straight through them. Dillon is sneakily shifty too though, I’m really excited to see how good he can be.

There is no prettier sight in football right now than Dillon running downhill! Something about those white cleats and massive tree trunks moving at speeds they shouldn’t be able to….. ok I need to stop, getting a bit hot under the collar here 🥵

Don't forget that Jones did injure his knee earlier in the season, he's probably playing injured to some extent.

that’s been the last 3-4 weeks. I felt like Jones hasn’t been used as much all season. Definitely not as much the explosive plays that were used to. Could be due to the decrease of touches.

In the end the way Dillon is playing he needs to be getting touches too. It’s a great mix. Just think Jones is due for a big day so hoping it comes in the playoffs

I think the number of carries is basically identical. I would also say the lack of explosive plays comes from playing our makeshift o-line.

The only classic Jones game I can recall this season was week 2 vs Detroit. Ever since then he has been sharing the load or barely touched it tbh. Still can break away for a big run. Such a big fan of him as a person and a player and love to see him do well.

Watching the TNF Cards game back. Feels like so long ago. We played well but not really that well offensively. Defensively we were great. I guess the offense we were missing a lot.
Just watched the drive where Kylin Hill and Big Bob both do their ACLs on the same drive, really sucks. Wish both of those guys were a part of this team still.
I hope our defense can return to this form somehow.

I'm a cheesehead fan too!
I think that we'll bounce back.

Amazing, Mercilus took about 2.5 games to find his groove when he came across, his pass rush in the Seattle game was massive. Hope he can pick up where he left off.

Mercilus is back training, getting him and Z back for the playoffs could be huge. I expect Smith and Gary to be the starters but spelling them with Z and Mercilus is huge compared to Garvin and Galeai.

thats where it can really benefit us. Having Z and mercilus as the backups. Especially since Preston and Gary is doing thier part anyway. Even jaire to an extent can be worked in. Doesn’t need to play every snap. Don’t like having all these players not playing huge parts of the season and thrown into full time roles so works out if we can slowly throw them in. Oline also getting healthier with Myers and bakt playing against Detroit

It's crazy to think Mercilus and Z as the rotational guys is actually going to happen. Really exciting.

I think Jaire should be pretty much ready to go. He's practiced for virtually 3-4 weeks now so I don't think 'working in' needs to be done.

I don't think Bakh will play every snap tbh but fingers crossed he does.

Also congrats to Rodgers for another All-Pro, Davante for a unanimous All Pro - his 2nd All Pro award, further cementing his legacy. Lastly Devondre Campbell being a first team All-Pro who we signed off the ****ing street during mini-camp! What the hell!

Go Pack Go

Don’t know if it’s the PTSD from Kaepernick of 2012/2013 and Mostert of 2019 but I’m having terrible visions of Deebo running all over us. The Cleveland game showed we still haven’t got that sorted.

You should've watched us play the Vikings 2 weeks ago. A lot of the fanbases' run D worries are determined by a D who takes their foot off the gas when they think the game is won.

I think the key is early points, in any form. If we have both the run and pass available on offense, we’ll score in the second half. If we’re down and predominantly passing, that SF front is going to get to Rodgers before the WRs can get open. The first half is a huge one.

Id ideally like to see 3 possessions to 2 in our favour, with maybe a 14-7 or 10-3 lead going into the half. Anything better than that is a bonus I’d say. Then be prepared to score another 14 after the break.

This 100%. And I feel our run d is wierd. Some games we hold up real well but others horrid. Definitely a good start on offense is key.

The Vikings 2 weeks ago isnt a great example. It was a Vikings team with a spud at qb with no threat throwing the ball. So could focus solely stopping the run.

San Frans will be a different beast with the threat of Samuel and mitchell and then kittle popping up downfield

Packers 30, SF 20. Niners will die in the Green Bay cold. I’m not going to this game but can score tickets to the next. They have to win this one!! Haha.

With our crew of former injured players coming back, we got this. I agree that some will have to rotate in (merc and Z) but Jaire is gonna be fine. Rodgers has been dialed in for weeks and he’s out to make a statement. Having 16 people over so should be a great time!! #GPG

Tbh, im less confident now than what I was earlier in the week.

No real reason for it, just the closer we get to game day the scarier it is.

If we turn the ball over even once, to me it says we're off, and we'll lose.

Cmon gameday, I can't take this shit!

Can’t wait to watch tomorrow. We’re away camping with the family. This is the only thing I’m looking forward too! Quietly confident but recent playoff failures stick in my mind

If we don't win I am going to die. Hoping the week off works well and SF burns out. Just have to load up some points in the first half
