Happy birthday to the leap year kids

Due to a quirk in the calendar some people only only get a birthday every four years. I wonder what happens in the other years. Or if birthdays are more special in leap years.

My friend's mum is a leap year baby. She celebrated her 19th birthday today
They usually celebrate it on 1st March
