Ok, I'm talking about campaign here, and ONLY veteran.

I must confess I have not completed CoD 3 so I will leave that out. So from hardest to easiest (although they are all a b***h)

1) COD 2 - Hardest all round campaign for sure. Particularly hard missions included the DDay landing, and when you had to sit at the top of a water tower and sniper morters before they get you was bloody hard. Overall I give this number 1 because the average level of difficulty I think is much higher. Every level has ridiculous amounts of grenades landing on you from all directions.

2) COD World at War - First levels dont pose too much trouble but once you get to the last 4-5 missions it really ramps up. I rate the Heart of the Reich easily, EASILY the hardest level to complete on veteran. Having to disable the flak guns whiles being spammed by 100's of grenades made it almost impossible. Took me a couple couple of hours to beat that mission alone.

3) COD 4 - Overall I dont think this was too difficult. There are hard bits but you can get around them. Hardest parts can be finished simply if you know how. One Shot, One Kill just hang to the right at the end, and the one where you storm from the barn house is easy when you realise the enemies dont continually sporn. In fact No Fighting in the War Room was the only level that was totally annoying mostly because you had to keep up the pace to meet the checkpoints.

Any thoughts guys?

I have tried the plane mission in COD4 on veteran and the only people I could kill was the guy that walked out of the toilet and 2 people ahead. It was way too hard. Easiest level for me thanks. :D

Hahahaha Mile High Club

I got killed by the dude in the toilet about 5 times

Killed him the next time and got mowed down by the next guy

gave up

yeah that's what it's called. :D

It is impossible to get killed by the guy in the toilet. Haha he notices you ages after you see him start to walk out.

I actually just finished CoD4 on veteran the other night.

Honestly, the level i had trouble with the most was where you had to take control of the 5 houses or something? The house with the 4 windows at the front was a bitch to try and even get near. But i looked up a guide on it and it became a shitload easier once i discovered the entrance to the side near the graveyard. :D

Used a guide on 'No fighting in the war room', that is a bitch of a level too without it. Expecially the bit where you have to get down onto your belly and creep round the doors to shoot the enemies before moving on.

Mile high club took me about 45 minutes to complete (which isn't too bad considering i've heard stories of people taking a few hours!), the bit i had trouble with the most on that one was surprisingly the first guy down the hallway to the right after taking out the guy in the toilet. If i could get past him, i was pretty much a shoe-in to getting up the stairs and into the room where u get more flashbangs. It was just a matter of how much time i had left.

Havent tried the others. Got WaW on the PS3, but i only ever play that online!

Mile High Club is not the hardest.

It is difficult and does depend on a bit of luck but because it is so short you can quickly get it done, where I think 'No Fighting in the War Room' is easily harder than this level.

You need to use your flashbangs effectively, and the best tip is at the very end, throw a flash and run past the guys. Once i figured this out, passed it in the next 4-5 tries
