HomerJayS, you missed my point, I was referring to Hawk fans unreasonable heightened expectations of JOR being a no.2 pick in a weak draft
which maybe equates to a no.10 pick in a stronger draft. Nothing to do with his actions after he arrived.

How bout that O'Rourke? Jeez he"s garbage

Don't think they can be underestimated. Just as it was with the doggies, their pace is going to hurt and Gibbo out is huge - controls so much of the play. Also going to miss Schoey in the forward line - I love the way he goes about smashing the packs to give opportunity to our small forwards.
I'm also really disappointed that OR isn't playing - really think he needed to be shown some faith

Love that Clarko is going with the kids this year.

He continues to build for the future and that's why he will win us more premierships.

Please Brand in.

Me too, I think we may see more "soreness" of the older players this year to keep them fresh for finals and give the kids more experience.

Hopefully Howe and Duryea can step up to cover Gibbo. Howe with his intercept marking and ability to create play, and Duryea with his fearless spoiling and rebounding.

Re JOR out - he'll work on stuff and likely have another go later in the year. Langers was in and out of the team in 14 (people kind of forget that....)

Love that Howe is in.

Lovell in might be interesting but not sure who might have "soreness"

Sammy?

How many kids this year? Such great development at our club

Go Timmy O'. The last O apostrophe player got sent to the twos - DON'T LET ME DOWN!!

Saints are much improved but I couldn't be more confident going into this game. We haven't lost at Aurora since 2010 and our average win is over ten goals.

Good to see TOB in but for the life of me can't see how he stays in. Our forward line is quite young in age, there will be no retirements anytime soon
unlike our mids and backs. If he can force his way in all credit to him but Shoey and Sicily are ahead atm in the pecking order.

Would love to see Lovell get a run, just to see how he fares this early in his career. Has played some good games for Box Hill so far :)

Ummm Roughy is injured, Franklin a traitor, Shoey injured and so he gets a go.

He stays in if he's good enough ...

Let's just wait and see?
