If/when they change the rules, our club will continue regardless of the jealousies. Our club tends to cause a lot of rules changes in the AFL when the opposition tears start flowing.

Just waiting on the next set of handicapping measures. It is the AFL at play.

How we change, is our clubs greatest strength.

Forcing us to change, will only make us get there quicker.

Come what may you'll find us striving.

The calls Dwayne got from Hawthorn hating opposition supporters were hilarious… Some are clearly emotional that we are relevant and in the window again so quickly…..

And it’s glorious!!
Surely we roll out a reigning 'Mclelland Trophy' champions reference on our banner next year , preferable against the lions

Should have the socials team all week doing pisstakes about it - should present all our players novelty championship rings etc.

Sounds great, should be very interesting to watch. Our strategy under Sam has clearly involved embracing the limelight and being transparent. From Sam's pressers to our media team and now this. A brave, back yourself strategy - admirable.

Nervous part me of just hopes we remain grounded through all the attention and hype.

'bout time the AFL and clubs started taking notes on how the NFL and their clubs manage and release the BTS footage and documentaries (Hard Knocks for example).

Also, I'm not sure how it played out - but I'm guessing that Collingwood and the Bluuz (in particular) would have really wanted to be part of this documentary this season.

“…we(Channel 7) couldn’t think of a better way to launch the season than with an exclusive behind-the-scenes series with the most exciting club in the competition.

“Fans of all teams were captivated by the Hawks in 2024, and we cannot wait to take Australians behind the curtain of a gruelling pre-season at Waverley Park with some of the competition’s most popular players.”

The replies to this are going to be glorious.

The replies (from many who say they don’t care 😉) were indeed glorious.
