Friends, as we all know Smellbum broke their 57 year flag drought in 2021 to the delight of club legend Neale Daniher
The following season they spat in his face by going out in straight sets after finishing second behind the eventual premiers
Now this season the wheels are already falling off the Grundyless Melglum even before the end of H&A as they struggle to hold their spot in the top 4
So Bay, where will it all end for the Shemons - tears of happiness or tears of failure and humiliation?
Personally I feel their slide will continue - first they'll commit the unforgivable sin of giving up their top 4 spot to CarLOLton, then get bundled out in an EF by some minnow who will lose the next week.
Best possible outcome would be a SF loss IMO - just can't see them doing any better.
Poor Neale, as if he hasn't suffered enough with MND and also having a complete spud for a nephew
