They never found who though, much like this outbreak they know it’s related to the SA hq but no idea who or how

? The dude flew in with it, they know exactly who patient zero is

But they have no link between him and this current outbreak other than their genomic testing saying it’s the same strain!!!

He was already in quarantine in Melbourne before case 1 in this outbreak became infected.

if you are India fu** ya

Stay there not my problem

Don't travel during the pandemic

Don't need Indian covid here
Dont need ANY covid here but the dumb campaigner running our country keeps letting it in !

They don't know yet, because they haven't determined how the initial Wollert case is linked to the City of Whittlesea cases.

While it is definitely possible that it contributed, my guess is that it is far more likely that it didn't contribute. The number of cases linked to people shopping at supermarkets is very small. Supermarkets are quite large, and people don't spend very long in close proximity to other shoppers. It is far more likely that the place of transmission was somewhere else.
I know of a case who did contract it from the Woolworths in question who was there for only 30 minutes

Yep, yet all the campaigners whinge and carry on about how you have to let people come home...🙄🙄

They’ve had 18 months!!!
**** em

I don't want covid stay im India

Oi there was a bit western suburbs last time (Werribee / tarneit)
Well really nowhere in Melbourne exactly escaped the big outbreak last year. I'm in Moonee Valley which per capita had a high number of cases compared to some LGAs, but wasn't one that was generally talked about much as a noted hotspot; there was a nursing home only about 2 kilometres from me that lost (IIRC) 9 or 10 residents.

Should've locked down 2 days ago. Was always inevitable.

Apart from that, it's really bad luck for Victoria. Let's ramp up the testing, hope for a good weekend of footy and cases remain stable/ lower by early next week.

Yet up here in beautiful mask free NSW they’d never even contemplate locking down over so few cases.

It’s better than the massive overreaction under Dan but still seems ridiculous. If your 2,300 contact tracers can’t deal with 12 daily cases then the system is beyond ****ed.

Did laugh that QR code’s become mandatory in Victoria tomorrow, always late to the party...

What if you don’t have a phone?
