When I joined the Bay, even before the turn of the decade, it was the fulfillment of all of my boyish hopes and dreams. The football world has turned over many times since I registered here , and the hopes and dreams have long since vanished, but I still remember the refrain of one of the most popular ballads of days gone by which proclaimed most proudly that ‘old soldiers never die, they just fade away.’ And like the old soldier of that ballad, I now close my posting career and just fade away, an old poster who tried to do his duty as God gave him the light to see that duty. Good-bye.

I have tried quite a few times. The intro makes me angry. I assume it's the same one still, it's just terrible. So, I have to FF that, then I miss the start and I'm not sure who's talking. And if I go back , I'll inevitably cop the end of the intro, then I'm angry again and delete it before it's started. And all that is before the inane rambling and talking over the top of each other.
