Tom Lynch, foot (long-term)
"Unfortunately, Tom suffered a foot fracture during the second quarter on Saturday and it required surgery. He had that last night and from all reports, it went really well. We'll know more when he gets back to the Club, but it's looking like more long-term than short."
Toby Nankervis, ankle (medium-term)
"Unfortunately on Saturday, Toby suffered an ankle injury. He was pretty tough to play out the game. Today, the extent of the injury revealed that he requires surgery. We're hoping it will be more on the medium-term."
Jack Graham, hamstring (short-term)
"Jack's unfortunately hurt himself. It's more on the lighter side and we're hoping that it's a short-term injury and it will turn around pretty quickly."
Robbie Tarrant, hip (indefinite)
"Unfortunately for Robbie, he's battling away with his hip. At the moment, we're going to say this is more of an indefinite injury and we're going to take some time to assess where it's at, get him going again and hopefully we'll see him later in the year."
Bigoa Nyuon ankle, (short-term)
"He hurt himself in the VFL, there were a few injuries there. It's settled okay, it's pretty swollen and we're hoping when the swelling comes down it's more of a short-term issue."
Kaelan Bradtke, hand (short-term)
"Kaelan's had to have surgery today on his hand and is probably going to miss two to three weeks on the short-term."
Jayden Short, calf (short-term)
"He's going really well... We think that he'll probably be available next week. He'll miss this week and we'll make sure he's right for the rest of the year."
Tom Brown, wrist (medium-term)
"He had surgery last week and it went really well. We're hoping to get him involved in the next couple of weeks and we'll see him in the medium-term."
Ivan Soldo, foot (short-medium term)
"Ivan's battling a little bit of plantar fasciitis and it's starting to turn the corner. We're hoping it will be a short-term issue."

With what? We don't have a first rounder this year because we sold the farm to get Taranto and Hopper. Unless another free agent falls into our lap and their club doesn't match like what happened with Lynch, the best we can hope for is a journey man or state leaguer. It is what it is.News reporting Lynch won’t be back til towards end of the season well operation get Ben king goes into full swing for next season now

Soldo possibly 4 weeks away and Biggy a “short term injury” Unsure what Shorty has to do with any short of injury to Biggie? Most of those injuries i think we can cover except for lynch. Hes the obvious one where jack or ryan need to lift or we just go small with cumberland. Even nank we can cover when soldo gets back, else got biggie miller and ryan.
Soldo sounds more like a month away , biggy the go soon asInjury Report: Round 5, 2023

I reckon he does , indefinite sounds badDo we currently have 1 or 2 picks in the msd after George’ retirement?
Whatever it is I wonder if Tarrant would pull the pin prior to the draft, if that hip issue is chronic. Currently listed as indefinite
Soldo sounds more like a month away , biggy the go soon as
I honestly reckon I’m better. That mate Colina should get a tap on shoulder before mid season too , has been complete fizzier
nope. hate excuses. saints injuries are same/worst than ours with their gun forward and skipper missing chunks asOur most important player arguably gone. We're boned.

well as 4 or 5 handy types as well. sitting 4/0 - 160+ %.
I get where you're coming from but the Saints have beaten suns, bombers and freo hardly top shelf. Also, beaten the dogs.
We have played Carlton, Pies, Crows away and Dogs
you are correct but I am also correct in saying the teams that the Saints have beaten were all expected to finish equal/higher than them and now they have 16 points banked.
