Is anyone else having trouble??

I bought my tickets online yesterday for the final and when I go to print them it says there is a delay and to come back in 24 hours

Is anyone else having this trouble or do you know when the tix will be able to be printed??

Sounds like there are some issues with Ticketfast. I also purchased online yesterday and opted to print however haven't received the Tickets via email. I have tried to call Ticketmaster today but line is always engaged. Seems others are also having similar problems.

Yeah the same for me too. I'm expecting them to be ready to print later today.

I sent an email enquiry to Ticketmaster and have received a response saying that "issue of Ticketfast tickets via email for this event (nab cup GF) has been delayed and will be received within the next 24 hours".


Seems like this is the case for most of us who have purchased online.

I'll wait until mid afternoon Wed (which is 24 hours from the response email sent by Ticketmaster) then call/email again. If no response early Thursday I guess I will go to an outlet to see if they can sort it out.

I really hope the email with the tickets comes through by midday Wed so tickets can be printed and ready to go. Not happy with all of this chasing up. Imagine if it was for the real Grand Final!!!

Just rang Ticketmaster & spoke with a lady as I haven't received an email like I have in the past.

She advised that they do things differently now & not everyone receives an email.

The advice she gave me was to log onto the Ticketmaster website, go to 'My Ticketmaster' & just print out my tickets from there.

Purchased them on the credit card Monday and like others have posted, had that "Tickets will be ready in 24 hours" sign come up when I went to print them over the last couple of days. Just checked around 2.30 this arvo and there they were, 11 tickets ready to print! So jump on the site everyone.... hopefully they'll be there for you by now.

Hope we're not sitting in a mass St. Kilda area... that's the problem with on-line ticketing. No idea who your neighbours are going to be!

Looks like Ticketmaster issue has been fixed, also able to print ours out today.
