After over 250 games in The Sweet F.A, I do believe it is time to call time on a great career.

I don't feel there is anything left to achieve and have given everything I can.
A Mobbs Medal, three time best and fairest and premiership player.
It has been fun but time to close the curtain unless the rod falls off the ceiling.

You need to hold your spot, keeping a promising rookie out of the team and then finally make the coach unceremoniously drop you, only to pick you after a bye.

Then you quit once the promising rookie moves on leaving a gaping hole in the team.
