We have been worse, and we have a good group of youngsters coming through. The club looks pretty bad right now though. Maybe worse than ever.
Trust me, allegiances and money speak higher than that.

It's all it was worthGood bump
You have also forgotten that all evidence points to Dimma having marked his papers. You have forgotten he is contracted so we are the only ones that have any say
At 4:30 minutes, what does "lucrative" mean to you????You have forgotten he is contracted so we are the only ones that have any say
Cite the evidence, I’ll waitYou have also forgotten that all evidence points to Dimma having marked his papers.
2023 average AFL wage was $441k, even if you double ( highly unlikely) it it’s still well under a million. Plus neither of us know if it is front ended or back ended or flat, basically I am saying using this to justify a salary dump as the reason Luko will be shipped out is just pure speculation. At 4:30 minutes, what does "lucrative" mean to you????

Why did the media talk about his lucrative contract at GCS, I wouldn't say $750K as lucrative?
Wondering why don't you go with recent Jon Ralph media quote - 650K?He also said Lukosius is on a "lucrative" contract for the next 2 years and that you can smooth out the contract, $750K is quite standard so isn't "lucrative".
I guess I don't, maybe Luko is worth more than I think he is, but a future first from the Crows seems too much, a future first from Port is closer, IMO.A future 1st isnt going to cut it.
You know that right?
Maybe you haven't been around for many trade periods, but it happens all the timeHaha, that’s me! And yet, I still can’t imagine he’d choose to go to a club with years of trash to come, when the one down the road could realistically get him a cup.

Is there any reason we should trade a potential top 5 pick for a guy who’s clearly not rated by his coach?A future 1st isnt going to cut it.
You know that right?
That's absolutely disastrous for the Crows. That is very bais the Crows way.
2nd and a F1st would be the minumum IMO. No pick 20 going back to the Crows.
The pick 20 is a upgrade on the Melb 2nd rounder.
Future 1st could be anywhere from pick 6 to pick 12. Suns been burnt doing that before.
The Crows want to keep Rachele, and Rachele isn't on $1m a year. The trade then simply won’t happen, the same as in Rachelle asks to be traded, the Crows would ask for fair compensation for a contracted player not just say ok then, off you go. You would hold him unless it’s to your advantage, we will do the same.
is it possible there will be a salary dump, yes is it possible as we don’t know the state of the cap, is it equally as possible that there is no salary issue, yes. Personally it’s my opinion that after the embarrassment of having to trade off Bowes and pick seven for a bag of peanuts to get our salary cap and order it is highly unlikely that it’s a problem just two years later.
Time will tell
Yeah, it's far too much without something coming back.A future 1st isnt going to cut it.
You know that right?
Jack Bowes.I think he forgets we've held players to their contract before, jack martin, jeremy sharp.
Marc McGowan reported pretty widely that the wage was exaggeratedIt was $800K offer by Essendon (I incorrectly thought it was $900K) and it was reported we end up offering him $850K but some ITK poster mentioned it was a lot less at $750K which seem to be correct as he wanted to return home.

My list was of players who requested a trade that we refused, is it that hard for you to keep up in a conversation?Jack Bowes
Jack Bowes.

Suns may be looking at draft collateral for 2025 to try and package up to get in ahead of their academy player who is tipped to go quite high Uwland?Future 1st in a very compromised draft 2025.
Pick 6 to 12 is. Slides out to pick 8 to 15.
This years 2nd slides to 30.
Maybe Crows get lucky and Suns don't care?
Really? You that naive?Cite the evidence, I’ll wait
Marc McGowan reported pretty widely that the wage was exaggerated
You're speculating the Suns don't want to keep Lukosius, and you don't know what their cap situation is.The Crows want to keep Rachele, and Rachele isn't on $1m a year.
That's the main difference here.
Are you really this naive? You're speculating the Suns don't want to keep Lukosius, and you don't know what their cap situation is.
Are you really this naive?
Similar to the Rachelle narrative coming from the Crows? I've heard that Josh (and also Jake) are particularly incensed at Josh's treatment from the club....That was GC putting the narrative out there to get their supporters accustomed to the possibility of him getting traded.
Nice try.Similar to the Rachelle narrative coming from the Crows? I've heard that Josh (and also Jake) are particularly incensed at Josh's treatment from the club.
