Gwilt began his football in suburban football instead of participating in the TAC Cup, Victoria's premier under-18 competition. He played for Noble Park in the Eastern Football League and was best on ground in the league's grand final in 2004.

He doesn't need his name up in lights
He just wants to be heard whether it's the beat or the mic
He feels so unlike everybody else, alone
In spite of the fact that some people still think that they know him
But **** em, he knows the code
It's not about the salary
It's all about reality and making some noise
Makin the story - makin sure his clique stays up
That means when he puts it down Tak's pickin it up! let's go!

Fort Minor. Lol.

Jimmy Gwilt is a star. Most improved player this year and taking Archer's advice to heart in becoming one of the toughest players in the game.

IWAGD is on the ball.

Who wants to fight me?

I will fight anyone on here.
Then start a thread on a player people hate.

Most don't know who Gwilt is, and for some reason I don't mind him so I can't help here.

Ghey thread is ghey.

As Muffy said, do a thread about someone we hate. Preferably [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] a St. Kilda player accused of indecent acts/sexual assault.

Harry O'Brien is the poor mans James Gwilt.
"It doesn't matter that they compare me to Harry O, because I've been held at pop-gun point"

I like the Saints. Good on him, try's hard, but is also of one of a number of Saints players who feel the wrath of the Saints crowd too often.

Unfortuneately, unlike most sides, who may have one they target (Dogs - Minson, WC - Lynch, Cats - Lonergan, Hawks - Murphy, Shoemakers, Guerra, Roughead etc) the Saints have at least 4 who cause the supporters to tear their hair out.

I'll name Gwilt, Blake, Clarke, Dawson, Kosi to start with. Of course that =

- Sustained failure moving forward. When 4 of these lined up in the 2009 GF, I knew we were home from the Thursday night when they were selected.

Good luck for the rest of the year

BTW - a little off the topic I know.
Hawthorn are SHIT.

Clarke, Dawson & Kosi might be our whipping boys at times but not Gwilt or Blake. Both have been very good this year, they don't do the flashy stuff but are very reliable and consistent.

Gwilt has always been a popular cult figure down at the Saints with the hair and Papuan/Welsh background, can't remember him ever having too many critics.
