Krock reckons he shouldn't even consider coming back until our run of 3 games at KP to finish the season.

Can't play next two weeks (Carlton, Freo @ Optus), probably shouldn't play v Richmond @ MCG, and I agree we shouldn't take him down to Tasmania v North (don't need him to win, and not ideal conditions for a hammy).
KRock v Cats medical department 🤔🤔🤔

If the medicos reckon he’s right for the richmond game then I have no issues playing him. I wouldn’t be too keen risking him against North. Thats my point.

What we dont know..is ..how has he felt before each game?

What would be crook is if he does it again in the last game V Melb

It may not be fixable till he does weeks of a pre season to build strength?

In the mean time..what do we do? Probably play Sav .

I agree with that..i can see why its a difficult issue for the medical staff because hes a matchwinner for us and if its a cramp tight thing where he's not actually injured pre game its a big call to leave him out because he might get injured. But on the other hand we need him fully fit for finals.
Wouldn't the final 'say' have been his? All the medicos can do is tell him there appear to be no discernable issues.

We're all speculating but I do think for such an expensive and important player opting on the side of caution when he was "iffy" should have been the way to go. Still believe we would have won without him. Our most valuable player would have ensured that - Tomahawk.

Why does either sav or JJ play.

last year we just had Rohan and hawkins with danger helping out.
Ruck support for Stanley so that Blicavs stays back

Dangerfield was immense in the guts on Friday night, so wouldn't want to be moving him from that role and rather we had someone come into the side to replace Cameron

If there’s a team we don’t need Blicavs to play back against it’s the Blues
Only one KPF, rest are smalls

So he is / was tight in both hammy's and it's a regular side effect from his gym program?

Sounds like they rolled the dice big time.
On his twitch stream he said he has been tight regularly over the years and it was no different Friday. Doesn’t feel too bad and doesn’t expect to be out a long time.
Clip of him chatting about it is on his twitch clips

Mckay is too big and strong for hendo and henry as good as both have been. Blitz simply has to play on him this week.

People have been saying this week in week out, I don’t think we need him to play back nor do I think we will.

Just realized this is a JC thread, so no idea why I’ve been talking about Blitz.
Wires crossed into the wrong thread

So the player who was briefly Menzel without all the leg injuries now appears to have serious ongoing hamstring problems.

the same recurring problem that ended paul Lynch’s and cockatoos career. And we just traded two first rounders for him. Those 10 weeks were good while they lasted.

seriously can you just f***ing shut up.

menzel without all the leg injuries?
Id have said ‘Menzel but he’s actually done something in his career’ but whatever spin you want to put on it.

You are legit the sort of person who would watch Cameron boot five goals in a grand final win and go ‘oh well lucky we got something out of him before he spends next season on the physio table.’
