The fact Gold Coast haven't introduced some sort of rounded sun element on their guernseys is beyond me, and I felt this was the simplest "footy jumper" way to implement it, as well as keeping the monogram. Keep the mostly red home guernsey, which is a big part of their brand, and a simple inverse provides an adequate away guernsey. Then for a clash, a black and gold design is there for the taking and the Suns are the ideal team to use the colour set.

I really like how you have adapted the existing monogram/logo to not be so god damn awful! Good job. I like the black and metallic gold combo as well.

That was the big challenge with this - I can’t see the Suns changing their logo any time soon, so wanted to integrate it in a realistic manner. Glad you like it!

I reckon yellow with Red shorts would be a pretty good combo.

Still beyond me they haven't had a change of sorts yet.

Love your work FT but I'm not feeling these in the slightest

All good - concept just came into my head this morning and felt it was worth mocking up. Gold Coast is a tough one to do a rebrand that hasn’t already been done on here before.

Gold and black works really well! Nice work.

Freight Train, that colour scheme on the third is what I'd love to see the Western Force wear if they have to give the branding rights (IP) back to Rugby Australia. I mean, it is still black and gold isn't it? It could be considered a derivation on the State colours without being exactly the same.

I guess this can go here?

Carlton are outsourcing the AFLW pride game guernsey to an artist, to be used in the round 7 clash against the bulldogs.

Last years guernsey was designed by Darcy Vescio (by comittee I reckon)
