I doubt very much whether anything will come from this. The footage that they did get was from a ver limited angle and it shows him on the move after giong for a mark. Becuase he had this momentum, it will be very hard to the tribunal to take any action.

I say there is not enough evidence to fairly convict him.

Hmmm. We might miss him against the Swans. I reckon he would have been an alright match-up for A.Goodes.

I guess D.White will get the job now. J.Leppitsch's return for the Swans game will help to even things out a bit too, I guess.

It reeks of the tribunal trying to be 'half-pregnant' with their penalties. If he kicked a bloke in the head as the report charged, he should have got 18 weeks, but as that kick was apparently gentle enough to have only been worth a 2 match suspension...well, why bother at all?

the incident happened basically right in front of us, and in my opinion it did not look intentional .. just frustration. basically, it looked as though he half kicked the ground and really didn't realise how it may of looked to the ump.
oh well, what's new?
what's the shame is that max was really starting to find his legs. so, hopefully, this will not hinder him in any way.
