Amazing that this was ever bought to trial as one of the most clear cut self defense cases ever seen. Will be some amazing viewing on twitter from SJW when the jury dismiss all charges and even better when he sues the lefty media who have already found him guilty and slandered him worse than Sandmann who extracted a multi million dollar payout

Prosecutor has now bought up violent video games. The trial is over.

He'll get self defence against the two holding a gun, one of whom wasn't killed.

50/50 against the guy he killed without a firearm.

50/50 on the recklessly endangering safety charge.

Impossible to see how he gets off on the underarm weapon charge. Those are two indisputable facts - he was under 18 and he had a dangerous weapon.

In a country as polarised as the US it's going to be hard to get convictions in trials as politicised as these, even if they try to whittle down the jury to as much impartiality as they can.

LOL at Sandmann payout. $250M.... nah, try nuisance money.

On a semi-related note 41 months for Scott Fairlamb due to his role in the January 6 insurrection. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2021...saulted-police-officer-gets-41-months-in-jail

Violent, racist twerp.
Yeah I heard he shot three black people.

Just another fat kid with pimples. You can't help thinking exercise and diet would have improved his self esteem so much more than carrying an AR 15. It would have landed him in a lot less trouble too.
Do you feel an affinity with the people he shot?

Looks like a young man who is going to consider himself really lucky there was so many cameras around and really unlucky that being linked to the wrong side of politics by third parties means mindless droids declare him invalid and attempt to use the power of the state to get revenge on him, not for the racist child molester he killed but because he dared to try and limit the damage these people were doing.

He's no worse than the pieces of shit he shot.

Who told me?

He wants to hang with racists, and larp with these racist groups, fu** him, he can cop what he gets.

There was someone there screaming the N word.

It was one of the guys he shot. Who also happened to have just been released from hospital after a suicide attempt because he was just released from prison where he was because he r*ped a nine year old boy and was also armed and demonstrably threatening Rittenhouse for daring to use a fire extinguisher to put out a fire... So yeah, I get it. Anyone not supporting riots, looting and arson in the name of the left is a racist.

He rolled up from out of state with an AR 15. He went looking for a fight.

Your opinion counts for zero, by the way.

See, now you're showing you aren't following the case. The rifle was always in Kenosha.

If you have a choice between someone who went out into the town to destroy things, light things on fire and cause chaos or the person who went out to minimise the effect those people have - then the one who went out with the medical kit and used the fire extinguisher isn't the bad guy.

It's not up to 17 year olds to play vigilante. In fact, it's not up to anyone to play vigilante in a supposedly first world country.

He went looking to shoot someone. He was pepped up on the shit he saw online.

The notion he was not there to create chaos is obscenely biased.

He was providing medical aid and fighting fires before he had to defend himself from the people causing the chaos.
So vigilante is the wrong word to use.

Good Samaritan attacked by child molester and other criminal friends, armed, who were upset that he was putting out fires.

The notion that he was not there to create chaos is supported by evidence.

The people who were there to create chaos were the ones who got shot. The ones causing the fires etc.

I'm not surprised that you would defend and support vigilantism.
