No, there have been plenty like that since then.
Depends what you call a sellout. If by sellout you mean all public available GA allocations exhausted, I know Essendon have had countless ‘sellouts’ since 2009. However the attendances were in the mid 40,000’s ranges because member reserved seat no shows.
If it continues to sell out in future years, do you think they'd move it to the G?

Well if Marvel sells out every game to the end of the year, it will mean it's the best stadium of all time.
Do the Bombers sell out all of their seating capacity at Docklands on a seasonal basis?
I've always understood the Medallion Club seating is never sold out, although that info is word of mouth only.
