  • Leaning yes

  • Can't decide either way

  • Leaning no (but don't sack him yet)

Is going to Harvard going to teach Nicks:

A) How to structure to not concede from opposition kick ins?
B) Maximise our scoring opportunities from our kick ins?

He's been in charge five years now and we're still crap at both!
It seems to be a think younger coaches do, who the hell knows why.

Sending him overseas. I've never seen a club damage control so hard for such a mediocre coach.

Half the coaches in the league go overseas. I would suggest all the good coaches in the league go overseas.
So it makes sense if you want him to be good - you get him to do the things that good coaches have done

He should go spend time at a successful sporting organisation, that’s a good idea

When you’ve missed finals again, have to make finals and are coaching for your career, wouldn’t it make more sense to be here and go next year?

As a club why would you send a coach who has to perform this year to keep his job? If he doesn’t perform and we sack him what was the point?

It has to be one of the most idiotic things the club could do given the situation.

the club extended a coach based on a certain finals appearance before a ball was even bounced. Weve done more idiotic things. Afterall a leopard doesnt change its spots. We do idiotic things because we have idiotic decision makers. That wont change until they change.

Hmm looks like I'm living in so many heads rent free I'm like a strata manager now lol

🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wouldn’t say that, more like you just made another hypocritical post, so you got called out again.

Most of us are haters of perennially missing finals & losing most games.

Since when has it been unreasonable to expect your club to have a winning culture?

Says more about those who are happy to accept mediocrity which i never have been able to sit back & accept.

We are heading towards nearly 30 years when we last won a flag and in that nearly 30 years we have been in a GF once.

We are a mediocre club like St Kilda and Carlton.

I’m filthy on the club for re-signing Nicks this year, but ya’ll gotta chill on the hate.

Not good for the soul.

There’s still potential that 2024 is a blip on improvement and we surge in 2025.

If not, he’ll be sacked.

thats all we can do right. got to start fresh. I think our list is good enough now to start pushing the better teams going around and even surprise many of them.
