Anyone else get this email late last night.
I have been green for a number of years so no pack should be sent anyhow.
Are there any BF posters still waiting for their membership pack?

Ha. I got this too. Can only assume it was sent in error because I went for the green option (ie no physical pack).
 
So after all that, I received my membership pack in the mail today. A sticker, presumably for the car I don't have, and a key ring which to be fair is actually pretty cool, and which I need after trying (and failing) to use my current key ring as a bottle opener.

Can confirm the 5 in "2025" on the sticker is NOT an upside down 2.

Yes, got mine also even though it should not have been sent

I think with all the upgrading of lots of seats to different categories it may have thrown a few issues up they need to work through.

I have a car but would never put a sticker on it. Too many Pies supporters that don't take kindly to losing.

To be fair these are the same Pies supporters who took over the streets of Melbourne 18 months ago bragging about how "the premiership's a cakewalk" after a Grand Final they won by a measly 4 points.

In the end the joke's on them. Every time they sit down to watch a replay of the 2023 Grand Final they are forced to watch a game in which the opposition kicked more goals than they did 🤷

No real trouble getting in for me.
Just the usual reminder about the same password for Ticketmaster and Lions membership.

I can only suggest when you are about to sign in on your phone select forgot password.
Go through the process with new password
If that allows you in all good
Afterwards make sure you go to the other account and sign in with the new password.

It's not even allowing me to get to that. I can login on ticketmaster no issues. Go to lions app or lions online and that's as far as I get. I've updated everything. I know my password and email so that's no issue. I just can't make it that far.

On a phone or computer?
If a phone, just try shutting it down and restart and then try again.

Try one then the other if not successful

If still no good then try in settings for an update. Often found under "about"

Tried everything. But I'll look for that update now. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Shouldn't that take care of any new updates?

I assume you are trying to get tickets and are using the Lions app on the phone under match day.

Bolded: possibly, but that is to check that your phone has all current updates not necessarily the apps.

Yeh checked my phone for updates too and it's all up to date. It's all good. Looks like I'll be lining up at one of the gates like some others that are having the same issue.
 
Miluxx can you definitely log into both Ticketmaster and lions membership site on your phone outside of the app?

I’m wondering if it’s an app issue or a login issue.

Can log into ticketmaster. But have the exact same issue with the Lions website and app.

Delete your saved passwords on Android.
  1. On your Android device, open Chrome App .
  2. On the right of the address bar, tap More Settings (three dots), Settings, Google Password Manager.
  3. Tap the password that you want to remove.
  4. At the bottom, tap Delete .
  5. To complete, confirm the password that you want to delete.
  6. Then open the app again and put it in manually

If not go through the "forgot password" routine.

Appreciate the help. It doesn't look like my password was saved on there. I opened google password manager and only a few apps showed up not including the brisbane app.
 
Anyone else get the email from the club about Gather Round this morning?

I'm still chasing a couple of tickets for our game against the Bulldogs - I have one for myself but was hoping to get a couple for some mates who live in Adelaide.

The game sold out almost as soon as GA tickets went on sale so if for whatever reason you have a ticket you no longer need, let me know! Ticketek offers a resale facility but they will absolutely cream both you and the eventual buyer with fees :sick:
