Hawthorn had a fair bit of interest in Mitch last year. Port were even aware of it.

Not sure if the ACL changes things or whether it’s something that gone cold, but considering Twomey and others have reported that he’ll get offers from Vic clubs Hawthorn are likely one of them - with cap space and a spot on offer next to Lewis.
I'm pretty sure an ACL does change things TBH.

A year out of football and no guarantee he will be as good.

It makes perfect sense to be home around your family and love ones after a serious medical procedure.
As flights should be avoided after any surgery; I expect he will be in Perth for some time.
Where there is an opportunity for the Eagles to get into his ear; his choice will be play for a bottom team or plays finals in 2024.

Port has a recent history of trading back into the draft; therefore, I expect Port to be trading players at year end.
Like Amon last year, it is a win, win for both the player and club.
If he indeed Georgiades decided to stay in Perth, the Eagles second rounder, curently Pick 20 could facilitate a fair trade.

Why would the Eagles pay up pick 20 for a undersized forward, xdropped and playing SANFL coming back from an acl?

He was debatable pick 20 value before the serious knee injury.

The Rioli 2nd would be being generous. Very generous.

Yep
plus hawthorn are the destination club too so would expect Mitch to request a trade there

That wasn’t worth a notification.

Port would be crazy not to try their best and keep him. Kid is a future star imo.

Dixon is 32
Marshall is a slightly above average KF.
Finlayson is injury prone, he's 26 and only reached 20 games in 2 years out of 9 (or 6 if you only count the seasons he's best 22) years.

Port Power supporters think Marshall is a lot better than "slightly above average", some think he is better than Fogarty.......

Is there a reason that you only seem to be posting in the Miles Bergman and Mitch Georgiades threads in this board? Except for a post on the Mason Redman thread, in which you also talked about Port Adelaide.

Trolling? Was this not what a majority of Port Power supporter thought so how is that "trolling"? I've read the posts where you guys were laughing at both Fogarty and Jones lol.
Jones? seriously Jones is now some sort of sought after commodity?

He's having a good year which for him means improving on his below average career metrics a little bit .. in some specific areas....

As for Fogarty the middle of last year was an inflection point for him consistency wise and tbh i think performs better without Tex in the team but hes kicked 5 goals across his last 4 games, for reference this is 1 more than Jed McEntee in the same period so id argue hes not a blue chipper by any means

Phar Ted......case in point lol. Jones has polled in 4 out his last 7 games from the coaches vote and you call that just "improving on his below average"? Fogarty returned not 100% from his injuries which has hamper him for the last few weeks but has only started playing without strapping on his knee last week.
